i have joined the forum solely to praise DCCconcepts' excellent customer service. I recently experienced mystery faults on some new equipment. I was urged to return it for testing. Within days the equipment was replaced new.
All the time I have received advice by email to help me connect the equipment for best results. So, many thanks to all at Settle.

Yes. I love talking to people who know what they are talking about, and don't treat you as an idiot just because you didn't know something. Because after you have spoken to people like that, then you do know. I agree with Andy above, rare in any business. Top quality product, and incredibly excellent after-sales service.  I am oft minded of the saying "It does what it says on the box", but with DCC Concepts it doesn't. I have frequently found it always does MORE than it says on the box, and the staff up there in Settle are happy to tell you how to do just that. Brilliant product from brilliant people.

RJ and all the staff need to know how much they, and their products, are appreciated. "Unique" is an over-used, and often incorrectly applied, word but in respect of DCCconcepts it is truly apposite. I can't think of any other firm that comes close. I echo all that has been said above and I always feel that the best measure of a firm is how it reacts when things go wrong and they always get it right. This is one of the reasons I first chose the Cobalt motors with their lifetime guarantee - it gives such confidence to the modeller. So good to have them and their super products.

I'm an avid supporter too (check google) always have been -always will be!  Nothing is too much trouble for then -not had an faulty gear yet -and the back up info service is superb (even had custom designs done by the team)  This company will go far!  If you havnt but can get to the shop -do -and meet the team -you won't be dissapointed !

I came to railway modelling three years ago having no experience other than 30 plus years ago running an ancient Triang 0-6-0 round and round an oval.  From a zero knowledge base three years ago I am now controlling points, semaphores and disc ground signals from my mobile phone and am installing working (well,turnout activated) point rodding!    I would never have considered soldering but now I actually enjoy it.  Without DCC Concepts this would not have been possible.  The products are excellent and the advice and guidance is brilliant because it makes you feel that you can do it.   The whole approach is bang up to date in the very best sense. I can’t fault them
