Brian Daly

Evening,
Simon Cox has tonight posted a frame to house 12 levers with spaces. I have seen the prototype and was impressed enough to have ordered 3 for use on my layout.

I’m not sure if he will make different sizes but I plan to blank any unused spaces

Many thanks for the information Brian, the lever frame looks well designed.

Unfortunately however I am one like many who will not deal with any vendor on line who will not declare a postal address.  I always feel more secure in knowing a vendor's full details and knowing that they feel secure enough in their business to allow customers to know where they are in the world.  I tend to be mistrustful of a vendor who hides their address.

I find your response a little strange as I don’t know who I’m talking too, so feel you have a double standard.
Simon has ran the company for many years with many international customers. It is your loss

I'm sorry I'm not sure what you mean by a double standard or why it even matters who any of us are talking to on the internet.  That is exactly the concern I have when considering paying money up front to an on line vendor who could be anyone or anywhere.  I have just the one standard and that is that I do not purchase anything from an on-line vendor who will not declare their address.  For me that applies to an Ebay seller or a third party vendor through Amazon.  I have always felt that a vendor who will not declare their address is trying to hide something so I'm happy to take the loss and purchase elsewhere.

I know there are others who feel similarly, as it is a fairly well known precaution when dealing with on line vendors, and I would actually recommend the same approach to anyone considering purchasing a product on line.  Maybe that's just me being particularly over cautious but I try to take every possible precaution when purchasing on line and, even then, have still occasionally had my fingers burned.

If you take the time to look at the Kitwoodhill web site you will find he is a UK registered company and under English law his address is published and is on his website in plan view

Don’t tarnish all with the same brush.

The point of my post was to let people know there is a product out there and not get into a debate on the pros and cons of internet shopping.

Could you please post a link to his address as I searched the web site but was unable to find it.
