Hi Guys
I'm currently building a new station and want to put lamps on it.  I have bought the Gaugemaster GM814 and GM823 lamps to wire up.  I just wanted some advice on how many lamps i can wire to  the DCC concepts circuit board.  I want to connect 3x taper lamp posts, 2x swan neck wall lamps and a couple of LED's.
I did measure the two wall lamps in parralel and they draw 110ma. I'm guessing that 5 would be about 250ma.
Do you think the 1x DCC concepts PCB would drive these  ok without overheating?

Thanks
Bob

It should do - but you should have more than one I am guessing, so why not split the load between the two. (I am presuming you mean the board supplied with the lamps)

Keep the voltage low to start with if you can. around 6~9v is good as a starting point, slightly more if you want more brisghtness

Hi Ahjay
Yes I have two boards.  I was just trying to simplify the wiring.  I shall use both of them just to be on the safe side.
Thanks
