A couple of those much maligned Hornby buildings are scale models of real buildings, and quite nice too, plus the buildings, the road and the rocks draw your eye so somewhat minimise the dodgy corner. I suspect photographing from a low vertical point and minimising the sky above in shots will take full advantage of your modelling. Perhaps sometime in the future you might wish to replace them with homemade scratch build, but they do the job as an attractive filler in the meantime. I really like the road contours as well, give a nice natural look. Coming along nicely 🙂

I am in a scenic phase at the moment a few more areas i have been working on are the diesel depot refueling station and wash plant plius i have been adding more detail to the main station area heres a few pics of my attempts.
